    This is hands down the most special coriander I have ever seen! The grains are plump and fragrant and I love cooking with them. My favourite thing to do is grind them up and sprinkle them on oven baked salmon with garlic.

    THE BESTTTTTTT CORIANDER EVERRRRRRRRRRRR

    This is BY FAR the BEST Coriander I have ever tasted. The incomparable flavor seriously POPS in all my cooking just bc these are SO incredible. With certain specialty food items I’ve wondered – “can you actually taste the difference?!” – with this coriander, the answer is a RESOUNDING YESSSSS!!!!!!!!     So fragrant!

    I hadn’t used a lot of coriander in the past and wasn’t very familiar with the flavor. I was blown away by how fragrant this one is! I’m now excited to try new recipes and finally figure out how to use the spice. The first thing I made was Sana’s dal recipe from the blog, and the coriander aroma stood out throughout the cooking process and in the final dish. I can’t wait to keep cooking with it!

    Grinding a tablespoon of my new Nandini Coriander released the most complex, earthy/floral smell. I’ve never gotten such a lovely smell (and then taste) from normal pre-ground grocery store coriander. I made Preeti’s Chicken Curry on Diaspora’s recipe page, it was delicious, and I cannot wait to try more recipes from there!

    When the coriander arrived last week, my dad was home and was instantly suspicious that single origin spices were a great marketing ploy with little substance. He transformed into a delighted kid in a candy store after opening up the bottle, tentatively sniffling, and tasting one coriander seed. He even took out some old dhania from our spice cupboard to demonstrate to my mum that’s Diaspora’s coriander is much fresher and fragrant. He’s started asking over the last week when our preorder of the other spices will be shipped and is anticipating their arrival as much as I am.
    The fresh, citrusy quality of the coriander really shines in a dish like Ottolenghi’s mejadra; its brightness compliments the savory and bittersweet qualities of that dish without being overpowering.

    I’m already contemplating buying another bottle because I’m sure to use the one I have before spring!
